How To Straighten Up Your Act In One & Keep The Money In The Country  (a cross between Timothy Leary, Garrison Keillor and Betty Ford), is a combination audio book and easy to read, 50-page hand book that uses humor and street language to communicate with drug users. They lay out everything abusers need to do to straighten out their lives in the real world – one week at a time by someone who users will identify with.

How To Straighten Up Your Act In One & Keep The Money In The Country  was created for two reasons:

“First, I was a long time substance abuser who didn’t want to go to jail, into a free rehab program, couldn’t afford any of the expensive rehab facilities but knew I needed to straighten up my act, although somehow I could always see the humor in my situation. I developed and began using this day-to-day, week-to-week program that totally turned my negative lifestyle around and has kept me abuse free and happy for the past twenty years. After going through the process I felt there were many people who were in the same situation I had been who could benefit from the program I had developed for myself.

Second, and probably more important, for every drug abuser there at least four people around them who would do anything to help stop the abuse. This book is also for them. It will say the things they have been trying to say but were afraid to say to the abuser in their lives. This CD and Handbook will do their talking for them.”

How To Straighten Up Your Act In One & Keep The Money In The Country  is for:
• Anyone with a substance abuse problem
• Anyone with a friend or relative who has a substance abuse problem

The CD and Handbook can:
• Help substance abusers help themselves
• Help abusers find rehabilitation programs
• Help abusers stay in rehabilitation programs
• Help abusers remain clean after they leave rehab programs

How To Straighten Up Your Act In One & Keep The Money In The Country  is primarily directed toward cocaine abuse, but the principles also apply to any other self-destructive habits – even cigarettes.
